Our perspective

Corporate and family decisions, considered together

Business, family, and wealth decisions often affect one another. A relocation can change a company's structure; a holding arrangement can shape how a family plans its future. We have worked in the Dubai market long enough to see these links clearly, and we bring them into one conversation.

Our work integrates regulatory fluency with the practical realities of operating in the UAE and the private priorities of the families and founders we advise. Every situation has its own context, and we begin by understanding yours before suggesting anything.

How we work

A structured four-stage engagement

Stage one

Discovery

We begin with a clear understanding of your objectives, your current position, and the constraints that matter. Each engagement is led directly by a partner, so you speak with the person responsible for the advice.

Stage two

Regulatory analysis

We review the relevant UAE rules, permit requirements, and reporting obligations that bear on your decision. The aim is a precise picture of what applies to you, presented without overstatement.

Stage three

Options and tradeoffs

We set out the realistic options side by side, with their practical implications for your business, your family, and your long-term position. Each tradeoff is stated plainly so you can weigh it yourself.

Stage four

Coordination

Once a direction is agreed, we coordinate with the lawyers, accountants, and institutions involved so the steps move in order. We keep you informed at each stage and remain available for the decisions that follow.
